Every Fourth of July Melba is invaded by at least 10,000 people who come to watch the parade and enjoy the fireworks. For a brief minute, when the parade is going by, you might glimpse a person perched in a select vehicle with a sign that says “Citizen of the Year” or “Grand Marshal.”
